Hence envisions a world where organizations using consulting, legal, and similar services can identify and leverage the right partners for what they need and the organization they want to be.
Helping to build this world is going to be both difficult and fun. The technical obstacles are varied and complex, as are the relationships themselves. To build this future we need people who relish the opportunity to solve not just complicated technical problems, but complicated human problems as well.
Building this future requires a team that is thoughtful, diverse, and empathetic.
It is also going to take time. At Hence we strive not just solve hard problems through technology, but to do so in a sustainable way, both for our clients and ourselves.
While we work in sprints, we are not machines and actively seek out time and space to decompress, reflect, and enjoy the many other things, from family to tango, that make us who we are.
There are several steps in the application process, but it starts with two things:
We ask that you first review, choose, and complete a screening project and then complete the application form. The form has questions which assume you have completed the project.
Upon completion of your project, the process will generally look something like:
Hence hiring team reviews project/resume.
Successful candidates will be invited to an initial phone screening.
Successful candidates will be invited to an onsite or remote interview block with several people from the Hence hiring team.
Successful candidates will receive an offer.
We aim to make the process as clear and quick as possible, however, not everyone’s process will be this straightforward. In some instances we will modify the steps, either because we want to explore some area further or, as likely, because we are wrangling with schedules.
Further, we know that applying for jobs can be stressful and frustrating so we try our best to provide meaningful feedback to any unsuccessful candidates. If we failed to do that for you, please send us an email and we will do our best to fix that.
